Massage & Bodywork for Pregnancy, Postpartum & Beyond
Thoughtful, individualized care for the changing body. Our sessions blend therapeutic massage and bodywork with specialized techniques, movement, positioning, and education based on your needs and goals.
No modality upcharges. When appropriate, sessions may include cupping, hot stones, kinesiology tape, essential oils, heat, stretching, movement, and other tools within your therapist’s training and scope.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE & BODYWORK
Specialized care throughout pregnancy for comfort, mobility, and the changes your body is navigating. Sessions may address pelvic and low-back pain, SI joint discomfort, SPD/pelvic girdle pain, sciatica and nerve symptoms, rib and hip discomfort, headaches, swelling, sleep positioning, breech or other fetal positioning concerns, and more.

BIRTH PREPARATION
Focused bodywork, movement, positioning, and practical preparation as birth approaches. Sessions are individualized to your body, your baby, and your goals for labor. Partners and birth support people are welcome to join for hands-on comfort measures and positioning practice.
Birth Prep Session — 90 min | $250
POSTPARTUM MASSAGE & BODYWORK
Support for the postpartum body—whether you're weeks, months, or years beyond birth. Sessions may address feeding and caregiving tension, hips and low back, abdominal or scar tissue, mobility, muscular tension, nervous-system regulation, and recovery.
Postpartum Massage & Bodywork — 90 min | $180
INFANT BODYWORK & FAMILY SUPPORT
Gentle, baby-led care supporting comfort, movement, feeding, development, and connection. Services include infant massage, craniosacral/bodywork, TummyTime support, and parent education.
INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE & BODYWORK
Therapeutic massage and individualized bodywork for general pain, tension, mobility, and whole-body care.
Kari's integrative sessions are currently reserved for established clients. Additional massage availability with Kaelene is coming soon.
