POSTPARTUM MASSAGE & BODYWORK
Care for the body that carried you through pregnancy, birth, and everything that comes after.
Postpartum recovery doesn’t follow a single timeline. Whether you’re newly postpartum or years beyond birth, sessions are individualized to support your comfort, mobility, recovery, and relationship with your changing body.
Postpartum Bodywork, Built Around You
Pregnancy and birth ask an enormous amount of the body—and the physical demands don’t stop once your baby arrives. Feeding, carrying and soothing a baby, disrupted sleep, healing tissues, and returning to everyday movement can all contribute to new patterns of tension and discomfort.
Postpartum massage and bodywork may support neck and shoulder tension, headaches, upper and lower back pain, hip and pelvic discomfort, abdominal tension, cesarean or other scar tissue, mobility changes, muscle fatigue, and the physical demands of feeding and caregiving.
And sometimes you don't need a problem to solve. Your session can simply be a place to rest, reconnect with your body, and receive care yourself.

Bodywork for Postpartum Recovery
Every session begins with where you are now. Depending on your needs, we may explore how pregnancy and birth affected your body, current areas of discomfort, feeding or caregiving positions, movement and mobility, scar tissue, and what you want to feel different.
Sessions may incorporate therapeutic massage, abdominal and pelvic-focused bodywork within scope, scar tissue work when appropriate, stretching and movement, cupping, hot stones, kinesiology tape, essential oils, heat, and other techniques from your therapist's training.
Everything is included—no modality add-ons or surprise charges. Your session is adapted to your stage of recovery, comfort, and goals.
Babies are welcome when needed. Feeding, soothing, cuddling, diaper changes, and breaks are part of postpartum life—and there’s room for them here.

Postpartum Doesn't End at Six Weeks
Your body doesn’t stop being postpartum at a six-week checkup, and you don’t have to be newly postpartum to benefit from specialized care.
Changes related to pregnancy, birth, feeding, scar tissue, abdominal and pelvic function, movement patterns, and the physical work of parenting may continue long after the newborn stage.
Whether your baby is six weeks old or your birth was years ago, you’re welcome here.
