More Than a Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy changes the way your whole body moves and feels. Sessions are tailored to where you are in pregnancy and what your body needs that day—whether you're looking for relief from common aches and tension, support for mobility and positioning, or intentional bodywork as you prepare for birth.
