Infant Massage and TummyTime! Classes
At Tandem
Join us at Tandem Birth and Postpartum House for free monthly TummyTime! and infant massage classes. We meet on the third Tuesday of each month from 11 a.m.–12 p.m. at 2613 E. Third Street in Bloomington. No registration is required.
During class, you’ll learn nurturing massage strokes for your baby’s whole body, strategies for calming and connection, techniques to ease gas and digestive discomfort, comforting yoga-inspired holds, and gentle ways to help your baby roll into and out of tummy time using the TummyTime! Method™. We offer plenty of time for demonstration, practice, and questions so you can leave feeling confident using these skills at home.
These classes can benefit all babies, but may be especially supportive for families navigating feeding difficulties, reflux, colic, tongue ties, body tension, torticollis, or plagiocephaly. Classes are best suited for newborns through pre-crawling babies and are also a lovely opportunity to connect with other local parents.
