INFANT MASSAGE, CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY, & TUMMYTIME
Babies experience tension, movement patterns, feeding challenges, growth spurts, and enormous developmental changes, too. Infant sessions combine gentle hands-on bodywork with movement, positioning, TummyTime, and practical support for parents—always following your baby's cues and comfort.
Gentle Support for Growing Bodies
Babies do an incredible amount of growing, adapting, and learning in their first months of life. Gentle infant massage and bodywork can support comfort, movement, regulation, and connection while meeting your baby exactly where they are developmentally.
Families may seek infant bodywork for concerns such as feeding-related tension, difficulty with tummy time, head-turning preferences or torticollis, plagiocephaly or head-shape concerns, digestive discomfort, reflux or gas, oral or jaw tension, body tightness, positional preferences, or challenges with comfortable movement. You don’t need to have a specific concern, either—bodywork can simply be a gentle way to support your baby as they grow.
Sessions are baby-led and responsive. We follow your baby’s cues, take breaks for feeding, changing, cuddling, or calming whenever needed, and may incorporate gentle massage and bodywork, craniosacral techniques, movement and positioning, TummyTime, and simple strategies you can continue at home.
There is no expectation that your baby lie still or “cooperate.” Babies get to be babies here.

What An Infant Session Looks Like
Every session is shaped around your baby—not a predetermined routine. We’ll begin by talking about your concerns, your baby’s birth and feeding history, movement patterns, and what you’ve been noticing at home.
Depending on your baby’s needs and tolerance that day, sessions may include gentle infant massage and bodywork, craniosacral techniques, movement and positioning, TummyTime, and parent education. We may also explore simple ways to support comfort and movement at home.
Feeding, diaper changes, cuddles, fussing, and breaks are all welcome. We work at your baby’s pace, and parents are encouraged to stay close and participate throughout the session.

Babies Get to Be Babies Here
Infant bodywork doesn’t require your baby to lie still, stay quiet, or tolerate a predetermined routine.
We follow their cues. We pause for feeding, cuddling, diaper changes, movement, or simply needing a break. Some sessions involve lots of hands-on work; others involve more observation, positioning, movement, and teaching you things to try at home.
There’s nothing your baby needs to do “right” to receive care here. Babies get to be babies.
