MASSAGE & BODYWORK
Our intention for each session is for the client to roll off the table and say, "that was the best massage I've ever had." Our practitioners utilize a breadth of experience and education to deliver a truly one-of-a-kind therapeutic experience, each and every time.

All massage sessions include time for an intake conversation and debriefing after your session. Massage sessions may include aromatherapy, breath work, hot or cold stones, warm towels, cupping, or special oils, salves, or creams; these are all included in the price of your session.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
These personalized sessions involve a wide blend of massage modalities: favorites include myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular faciliation, stretching, hot or cold stones, cupping therapy and / or craniosacral therapy, among others. Sessions are customized by adapting pressure, techniques, and areas of focus to fit the client's individual needs.

FERTILITY MASSAGE / ABDOMINAL MASSAGE
A fantastic way to strengthen and support your mind and body in preparation for conception, help with painful menstrual cycles, support digestion, and/or encourage emotional well-being. Sessions focus to encourage hormonal balance through bring blood flow to abdominal and reproductive organs, reduce the impact of adhesions and scars, and promote deep relaxation. May include a complimentary castor oil pack application, warm and cool stones, special essential oils, or cupping therapy, as indicated.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Prenatal massage sessions are designed with your comfort and safety in mind. During your session, you’ll be supported with pillows and bolsters in a cozy side-lying position that reduces pressure on your abdomen and lower back while promoting deep relaxation. This gentle, nurturing style of massage helps address the unique physical and emotional changes of pregnancy. Whether you’re in your first trimester or nearing delivery, prenatal massage is a safe and effective way to reconnect with your body and find a moment of calm.

POSTPARTUM MASSAGE
A specialized session which includes warm stones, abdominal massage, reflexology, and essential oils to promote balance in the body. A complimentary castor oil pack application supports healing to the womb area. Craniosacral holds encourage deep rest and relaxation. For mothers up to one year postpartum.

TENSION AND TRAUMA-RELEASING EXERCISES (TRE®)
TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a gentle, body-based practice designed to help release deep patterns of stress, tension, and trauma held in the nervous system. Through a series of simple, accessible movements, TRE® activates the body’s natural tremoring response—a neurogenic shake that helps regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and restore balance.
For those navigating the intense physical and emotional experiences of pregnancy, birth, or postpartum recovery, TRE® can be a powerful tool for reconnecting with your body and releasing what’s been stored in the process.
One-on-One TRE® Sessions
Private sessions offer a personalized experience tailored to your current physical and emotional needs. We’ll start with gentle grounding practices, review the TRE® sequence, and explore your body’s natural shaking process in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. One-on-one sessions are especially helpful for postpartum clients or those processing birth trauma, medical experiences, or high stress.
Group & Community TRE® Sessions
Our community TRE® circles offer a beautiful opportunity to regulate in the presence of others. These small, trauma-informed groups are ideal for those seeking connection, shared healing, or ongoing support in the postpartum period. Group sessions include a short check-in, guided TRE® practice, and optional sharing or integration time.
